1. Service Overview
Fence Plus is operated by LRD Fencing, a licensed and insured fence contractor serving Tampa Bay, Florida. LRD Fencing holds Contractor License #CBC1255540 and is headquartered at 31085 US Hwy 19 N, Palm Harbor, FL 34684.
We provide three core services: new fence installation, the Fence Plus Protection membership, and the Bubble Dog Window add-on. By using our website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Fence Installation
- A $347 payment is due today to begin the installation process. It reserves your spot on our schedule, is credited against your total, and initiates site verification, permitting, and material ordering.
- The $347 is fully refundable if you decide to cancel your fence project before installation begins. Once installation has started, it is non-refundable.
- The final project price is based on actual measurements taken during the on-site visit. The estimate provided online is an approximation and may be adjusted.
- The remaining balance is due only after installation is complete and the customer has approved the finished work.
- Estimated installation timeline is 2–3 weeks from your $347 payment, subject to permit processing, material availability, and weather conditions.
- LRD Fencing is responsible for pulling all required building permits. The customer is responsible for obtaining HOA approval if applicable.
- All fence installations include a manufacturer warranty on materials. Workmanship is warranted for one year from the date of installation.
3. Fence Plus Protection Membership
- Fence Plus Protection is activated with a one-time $347 payment, credited against your job total. It is not a subscription — there is no recurring or annual charge, and nothing to cancel.
- New fence customers receive a complimentary first year of Protection included with their fence purchase. After that year, you can keep coverage with a one-time $347. It does not auto-renew and you are never charged automatically.
- Membership includes: your first repair visit covered (labor included; customer pays materials only), labor covered on all fence repairs, and priority scheduling during hurricane season.
- Every service visit after the first is $75 per trip plus materials cost, for the duration of your coverage.
- Coverage includes: hurricane and storm damage, fallen trees (yours or your neighbor's), vehicle and lawn mower accidents, everyday wear and tear on gates, posts, panels, hinges, and latches.
- Coverage does not include: pre-existing damage at the time of enrollment, structural failure caused by improper original installation not performed by LRD Fencing, intentional vandalism or criminal damage, or damage to non-fence structures.
- LRD Fencing reserves the right to assess damage on-site before approving any repair claim.
- If a repair turns out to be a larger job rather than a standard repair, LRD Fencing will discuss it with the customer and provide a quote before proceeding. There are no surprise charges.
Memberships purchased before August 2026
If you enrolled before August 2026, your membership was sold as an annual subscription rather than a one-time activation. The terms below applied to those memberships:
- The Fence Plus Protection plan cost $347 per year and renewed annually. You could cancel at any time with no penalty or cancellation fee.
- New fence customers received a complimentary first year of Protection with their fence purchase, after which the membership auto-renewed at $347/year unless cancelled.
- By joining, you authorized a recurring annual charge of $347 to your payment method.
These annual subscriptions are no longer being renewed. Your coverage continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again. After that, you can reactivate at any time with a one-time $347.
4. Bubble Dog Window
- The Bubble Dog Window costs $250 and includes professional installation.
- Compatible with wood and vinyl fence panels only. The customer is responsible for ensuring the fence panel is in good structural condition prior to installation.
- Installation will be scheduled within 5 business days of payment.
5. Referral Program
- All Fence Plus members and ambassadors receive a personal referral code. Referral commissions apply only to new fence installations, not to Protection memberships, repairs, or Bubble Dog purchases.
- Commission rate: $200 per referral for active (paid) members and $100 per referral for free members. There are no tiers.
- Referral bonuses are paid within 7 days of job completion and payment receipt from the referred customer.
- LRD Fencing reserves the right to modify the referral program structure or payout amounts with 30 days' notice to active participants.
6. Service Area
LRD Fencing serves Pinellas County, Hillsborough County, and Pasco County in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. We are unable to accept orders from outside this service area.
7. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. LRD Fencing does not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment information on our servers. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
8. Limitation of Liability
LRD Fencing's liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by Florida law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
